In Media Cruiser, the Student Guide link in Activity 9 was pointed to the wrong file. Click the link to the left to download the corrected dataset.

Also, you'll need to copy the "dtp_it_500.pdf" file from the CPU CD's Book folder and put it in the C:\Cruiser\Students folder.

Checkpoint 1, in Act. 3, was assessing information the students had not covered. Therefore, it was simply removed (this is what the Data link to the left reflects). Checkpoint 2 became Checkpoint 1 and appropriate changes to the IO have been made.

If you are running Carousel Plus 7.0, go the the Grades menu, View/Edit Available Tests, and located and delete "Checkpoint 01 506-Internet". Then change "Checkpoint 02 506-Internet" to "Checkpoint 01 506-Internet".

Many of the page references in Media Cruiser to the Network+ text were incorrect. The Data link is a self-extracting .EXE file. The Instructor's Overview link reflects the corrected answer key page references, and the Quiz 3 link includes one less question.

Note: If you are using Carousel Plus, either reimport the Intro to Networks CPU after downloading the data and quiz, or change the possible points of Quiz 3 from 11 to 10.

917 Even though the correct word was identified, the word "syntax" was incorrectly put into the definition for "pseudocode" in the Help screen.  So if a student got the question wrong, he'd think the answer was "syntax," which is also wrong.  This test fixes that.  Simply download it to C:\Program Files\Cruiser\917_programming\tests and allow it to overwrite the existing file. 12/10/09

While the tests themselves were fine, the full test names included the old ID number of 396. The link to the left will download the tests with the right ID number, 486, identified in the full test name.

Note: If you are using Carousel Plus, it is suggested that you NOT download these tests. Having differently named tests will cause Carousel Plus to add them to the other tests associated with Web Design.
