And the winner is...YOU! The DataTrack Raceway is a great way to race those vehicles your students worked so hard to build and refine, especially if you have our Research and Design (Automotive) CPU. The Raceway includes both start and finish gates. The start gate is electrical, using solenoids to activate the firing pins. The lanes can be fired individually, or you can use a single button to fire both lanes (avoiding false starts!). All of the electrical components are completely enclosed for safety. The finish gate includes a set of lights with switches to indicate the winner. The DataTrack Raceway can be used with vehicles powered by wind, mousetraps, solar power, CO2, mag lev, and more.
